German robotics startup Neura Robotics raised a massive $105 million last year, in part thanks to a partnership with semiconductor giant Qualcomm. The partnership will leverage Qualcomm’s advanced Dragonwing Robotics IQ10 processors as reference designs for Neura Robotics’ robots. With these high-performance chips, the startup plans to build and test robots specifically designed for optimal performance on Qualcomm’s technology.
