Strategic Partnership Set to Advance Renewable Energy Development in India

KPE had recently announced the signing of a joint development memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Inox Wind to develop solar-wind hybrid projects across India. In this ground-breaking partnership KPE will take the role of lead on several project development activities. They will download and aggregate data, procure for connectivity, land, right of way, and everything consequential to their chosen projects. This increased collaboration would accelerate GoTo’s delivery of solutions in renewable energy technology, supporting India’s national energy advancement objectives.

KPE will additionally carry out engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) works for the projects at the proposal stage. Inox Wind has most recently won fresh wind orders of just 229 megawatts (MW). The company and its subsidiaries expect to provide wind turbine generators and related upgrades and accessories. They will provide robust engineer-of-record support for the duration of the project.

KPE’s Role in Project Development

KPE has a long-standing and widely recognized reputation within the renewable energy industry for successfully delivering large-scale, complex infrastructure projects. Under the company’s duties detailed in this MoU, making appropriate arrangements for obtaining all required permits and land acquisition procedures are pivotal components. By providing continuous electrical flow for the projects, KPE hopes to enhance effective energy generation.

The company’s capabilities in EPC works will be key to bringing these projects into reality. Furthermore, their expertise extends past mere connectivity and land grabs. This includes building the infrastructure. It’s about ensuring they work well and save taxpayer dollars. They must function as intended and as efficiently as possible once they’re built.

“This MoU reinforces our long-term objective of building reliable, integrated clean energy solutions and strengthens our ability to contribute effectively to India’s national renewable energy goals.” – KPE

Inox Wind’s Commitment

Inox Wind has made a significant mark in the renewable energy sector with its recent acquisition of new wind orders. The company aims to leverage their deep experience in advanced manufacturing and engineering. Like the pilot program, it will proactively encourage the creation of these hybrid projects. Inox Wind and its subsidiaries will be in the fulcrum. They must provide essential technology and equipment to make their projects truly successful.

This partnership represents our collective commitment to building India’s renewable energy capabilities and capacities. Inox Wind continues to demonstrate its commitment to sustainability by delivering high-quality wind turbine generators and associated equipment. This regional effort dovetails nicely with national goals for environmental stewardship.
