Inox Wind, which is one of India’s largest wind energy solutions provider, has recently bagged new orders of a combined capacity of 229 megawatts (MW). Our latest order was a firm order for 112 MW of equipment. Plus there’s an additional optional extension of up to 48 MW. The firm, which is based in the Indian INOXGFL Group, will build this light rail system in the Indian state of Maharashtra. With these new contracts, Inox Wind has deepened its standing as the go to partner for renewable energy developers. This expansion increases its already deep project pipeline even further.
This new order marks a follow-on contract from a key customer. It builds on a prior contract received for 153 MW that we were awarded back in March 2025. This repeat business from this customer is a testimony to the increasing trust and confidence in Inox Wind’s technology and execution capabilities.
