Google has announced a significant expansion of its AI-powered travel tools, rolling out the Flight Deals feature to over 200 countries and territories worldwide. This new program is designed to help users discover the most affordable and budget-friendly travel destinations in a matter of seconds. This expansion follows our launch of other exciting new AI Mode features earlier this year. Features integrated as a whole to radically improve the user experience across multiple facets of travel planning such as…
You can now use it in countries such as U.K., France, Germany, Mexico, Brazil, Indonesia, Japan and Korea. Plus, the fact that the tool supports over 60 languages means more people can understand how to use it. They should look forward to using Google’s technology to simplify how they travel plan and book.
In conjunction with the Flight Deals rollout, Google is integrating support for its Canvas tool within its AI Mode. This tool helps users develop the most comprehensive travel plans possible on their desktop devices. It’s intentionally tailored for participants in the AI Mode experiment currently rolling out to Labs in cities across the United States. Airfare and hotel search activity in real-time, displayed on the right-column Canvas side panel. It shows you what’s nearby from Google, such as photos and reviews from Google Maps.
“Right away, you’ll get a plan in the Canvas side panel that brings together real-time Search data for flights and hotels, details from Google Maps like photos and reviews and relevant information from sites across the web,” – Google.
Users are able to get more personalized recommendations that fit their interests. The AI Mode lets travelers flexibly compare hotels by pricing and amenities. It suggests things to do and places to eat, all of which are tailored to minimize travel time to and from your hotel.
“You’ll find suggestions that fit your criteria, like hotel comparisons based on pricing and amenities or ideas for restaurants and activities optimized by travel time from where you’re staying.” – Google.
