Expect a massive change coming soon to Google’s Search and Discover platforms. From collapsible advertisements to buzzworthy artificial intelligence advances, we’ve got all the latest news covered right here. This user interface refresh is currently rolled out in the US, South Korea and India on android. It’s a significant turning point in the way users will interact with search results going forward.
Other notable features are the addition of the “Sponsored results” header, which can now show up both above and below AI Overviews. AI Overviews provide short summaries written by AI assistant. To them, they provide users immediate solutions to their queries directly at the apex of SERPs. This update is designed to increase user experience by providing a more streamlined and easier to find information.

As you might expect, Google is continually testing and refining all of its services. The combination of collapsible ads with AI Overviews may be a game changer in digital advertising playbooks. By allowing users to expand or collapse ad content as needed, Google aims to create a less intrusive browsing experience while still delivering relevant promotional content.
