This latest expansion to AMD’s family of Ryzen processors is designed to deliver amazing performance for everyday computing and incredible gaming experiences.
The Ryzen 7 9850X3D has some awesome specs as well, packing 12 CPU cores and 24 threads. This new architecture enables a truly next level of multitasking performance, providing up to 1.3 times faster performance than competing processors in real-world use scenarios. Content creators will be amazed at how much faster their project speeds will be with this processor – up to an incredible 1.7x. This increase cements AMD’s dominant position in the cutthroat world of PC parts.
AMD’s Ryzen processor series has been on an impressive upward trajectory since their debut in 2017. Elevation of the previously announced Ryzen AI 300 Series processor The freshly unveiled Ryzen 7 9850X3D ravages the competition. That kind of processor first hit the market in 2024. Both processors consist of multiple processing units known as threads. These threads roughly double the throughput and performance gains of the CPU.
Fast forward to 2023, and the company’s PC footprint has grown to well over 250 AI PC platforms. This shift reflects the company’s commitment to infusion AI across all aspects of computing experiences. Rahul Tikoo, senior vice president and general manager of AMD’s client business, emphasized the transformative impact of AI on technology use.
